2. Eligibility and Membership

3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Membership is offered on a subscription basis, with fees clearly stated on our website.
3.2 Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. We do not store payment card information.
3.3 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.2 No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
4.3 Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as:
Duplicate payments
Technical access failures
Documented emergencies (legal or medical)
4.4 All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the incident.
4.5 Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Trial Periods
5.1 If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you choose to continue.
5.2 Trials are limited to one per user.

8.2 Harassment, discrimination, or abuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9.2 We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
